MOLDEING AND ASSEMBLY OF THE AMERICAN CHOPPER RENDER USING THE SOLIDWORKS
solidwork is solid modeling software that allows to desing products in 3 dimensions.soliodwork consist of lots of commands are used for the making of 2D skech into the 3D are extrude,extrude cut,extrude surface,ruledsurface,trim surface,split body,project curve ect.
there are the different parts are used for the desing the american chopper render are
- transmission belt
- kick stand
- front fender
- rear fender
- oil tank
- pedal
- chain
- front wheel
- rear wheel
- front fork
- chassis
- engine
- gas tank
INTRODUCTION: the solidwork is used for the making of the 2D to 3D dimensions.we need the draw the 2D model than with the help of the commands like extrude,extrude cut,extrude surface,ruledsurface,trim surface,split body,project curve ect.we can do the model to 3D.
moldeing and the assembly of the american chopper render for that we need to use the part files to desing the model as different paris in the assembly. when tha all parts of the assembly is done than we need to add the parts in assembly.tne assembly is the different thing in the solidwork .we need to go to the assembly than we need to add the parts of the chopper render as per the dimensions than the assembly will be done.
in the introduction we need to say about the all commands that we used in the desing the chopper render assemlby.
DESING METHODOLOGY :
DESCRIPTION: There are the lots of tools are used in the desing the of the chopper render are
- extrude boss: This command is used for the extrude the 2D skecth.with the dimensions.
- surface : surface command is used for the surfaces to change the length, are any other things likng trim there are the few different commands are there in the surface tool like trim,sweep,knit ect.
- fillet: fillet is command to do the fillet round the sketch model.there are different types of fillets in the fillet command.
- project curve:is command is used for the projecting the curve .
