OBJECTIVE: the objective of this task is to perform the box assembly

INTRODUCTION :the introduction of the box assembly is about the punch and the die ,

PUNCH : the punch command is used for the to make the punch surface on the sheet metal .

• we can use this command on the sheet metal
• this will be perfromed on the different condition of the sheet metal is requied .this command is at the top bar of the surface
• the making of the punch on the surface we need to use the dimensions as pe given .
• we can change the depth of the punch ,we can eidt the dimensions after the creating the image .
• extured will be used for the solid shape.

DIE :this command is used to making of the dies on the surface of the sheet metal

• die is having the different performantions to other
• it will be used to making the small and large die on the surface
• we can change the dimensions as per the given same as the punch
• it will be havig the good finsh surface

this is the inrtoduction of the punch and the die and we used the different commands to completed the task are tab which is comman to the all the tasks and datum csyc this is used tomaking of the another origine ect

1. the desing methodology is will be having the step by step approch
2. first we need to creat the skech on the origine
3. than draw the skech of rectangle on the orgine
4. rectangle is having the some dimensions as per the given data x=200,y+100
5. after completeing the rectangle than we need to exit form the skech command to exit for the skech command we need click on the finsh skech than the skech comand will be exit
6. than we are using the parameters as per the image
7. after that we are using the pattern command to draw the die on the sheet metal surface
8. pattern will having the some dimensions accroding to the requiedment
9. than the punch and the die will be formed on the surface
