Master Section B pillar trim design

Procedure

1. First create flanges according to curves given by measuring radius
2. Then create an offset to make class B of thickness 2mm
3. Close the open areas present in it
4. Now create class C with the help of class A
5. trim join classA&C with classB
6. Now make it close to make solid
7. With the help of given curves measure the thickness,height,cutout and draft angle for the dog house
8. make the dog house and give the draft angle of 3 deg to outer surface
9. In inner surface give draft angle of 0.5deg
10. create the cut out and give the fillet radius for outer corners 3mm and inner corners 0.25mm
11. On the top of dog house create locators and union trim with dog house
12. union trim dog house with the main body
13. Do draft analysis with 0.48deg angle
