Procedure
- After creating the solid door trim we have to create the ribs, heat stakes, dog house and locators.
- First ehile creating ribs we have to follow the rules for ribs whose base width is 0.3-0.7 times the thickness of body
- Here thickness of body is 2.5mm so base width is 1.75mm and height is 5 times of thickness
- spacing between ribs is 4 times more than thickness of body radius at base of rib is0.25mm and draft is 0.5deg
- Union trim the the ribs with main body
- Now we have to create heat stake. First we have to create screw boss of outer diametre 7mm and inner diaametre 5mm
- Now creating ribs for screwboss height of rib is 3-6mm. Now created heat stake is translated to the places required.
- Now union trim the heat stake with main body
- Now create a dog house at required places and union trim with main body
- Now create locators and give them draft of 0.5deg and provide chamfers of lenght 1mm

- Now do dfarft analysis at 0.48deg
- Now all the B side features are created
