1.a.It is a form of rupture.It forms a flexural failure due to earthquake.It is caused due to the stress reversal ,the top support exprence compression wherelse the bottom support experienses tension.It cannot be repaired.

b.Its beam pullout because of insufficent of effective length.During earthquake the horizontal moment make it worst.

c.It occurs only in the joints due to plastic hinge failure.The joints can be strengthen.

2.a.It is a soft storey failure.It can either be replaced or non replacable depends on the development of crushed concrete.

b.It is purley shear failure.

c.It is not replacable.
