HOOD assembly challange Project

Create Assembly Workbench and add Given hood assembly Component.Inner panel need to be create given outer skin data by help of Master section.

Inner panel to be create by offset surface as per dimension and blends,

Emboss and mastic cutouts to be done by using tooling direction.

Perform mirror and sew operation to assemble hinges and strikers.

Strikers to be mount as per hinge axis trigectory line with tangent to sriker lock so that it will lock with latch and striker.

Thicken final Inner Panel .75mm towards upside as per Master section.

HOOD OUTER PANEL

Create Hood outer panel by usin offset surface and Create hemming surface for three face blend.

Pressure Releaving cutout completed as per MAster section.

Mirror the section by using center datum plane.Thicken the sewed outer panel.

Assemble the components by assembly constrains.
