Hood design-Week 2

AIM :-

Design Hood Outer Panel, Inner Panel and the necessary reinforcements by provided the Master Section mentioned with the Design parameters.

Procedure 01 :- Create a New Assembly of Hood & add another models within it.

First i have downloaded the hood skin data, hinge & striker by the provided lync. This data then i have stored in the specific  folder in which i need to create a assembly that is hood assembly. So i have downloaded the the all part file as well as igs file.

Here i have created the new Assembly of a hood & saved in the specific folder for the easy acess & working of a software. So we need to insert all the  neccesary components within this created assembly.

Therefore we need to go in the ribbon bar click on the asseblies & simply click on the add the components. After that we need to add our first component is the hood outer panel. We need to select the path folder where we have stored it & select a option WCS & we need to select a option fix for the first part or it creates as an automatically.

It is required to fix the first component for the constrined & design purpose that referance of first part we create a whole assembly properly.

Likewise another parts also added here well.

Procedure 02 :- Create a Hood_Inner_Panel.

Here we have to create a Hood inner panel with the referance of hood outer panel, Because we have not provided the model of inner panel so we get a help of wave geometry linker, from which we move to create a inner panel well.

First we create a model in the assembly of hood. That is hood inner panel & by created wave geomerty linker we obtained a surface to create complete the inner panel.

Note :-

As the error are coming lots of time 4 time the assembly has  created , but the reference geometry sets are need to create always give a problems & parts are not showing in the assembly.  I have created 4 more time  assembly but the same issue is happening, then i  consult with the Support engineer they told me you can submit the challenge as you learn already dont waste your time. So the created assembly file has attached to the challenge as well. I  aready lost my 4 month only the hood challange.
