Hood and its component

 Hood is basically designed for engine cover for a car and it acts also designed for protection during accident. By which the emboss is designed like outward portion to avoid maximum impact which comes towards the passengers. Emboss plays a major role to save the passeners. 

It should be designed like effective angle for the contry wise usage 

Latch Trajectory

Placing the latches is a main role that should be done in a proper angle and in the flat surface tho avoid problem while closing. it should be placing in the flat surface which we need to create flat emboss

Emboss Definitions

It is the surface should raise from the normal surface as bosses, It is created to avoide the damages occuiring while hitting impact during an accident and it should be created along the outyer side of the hood

Manufacturing process

Designing the product  fo manufaturing should create some easy for manufacturer like providing a drafting angle more than minimum value which may create little easy while manufaturing

Deep-Drawing

Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch.

Hemming

Hemming is the process of folding the edges with tha assembly with bottom surface to avoide sharpening material and its lock with another layer of material and it looks goog finishing
