DRAFT ANALYSIS

Draft analysis is a portion of finding the good production product. mainly it works for saving the product from damage. basically we follow standared minimum drafting angle which is 3'. thus the product should design above drafting angle for the better output.

Attaining blue colour from the analysys shown that the product is negative drafting angle

Green colour showe thet the product we designed is fit with proper drafting angle

RED colour is about poor drafting angle so that the product will be damage inb that portion during the meet up with core and cavity

TOOLING AXIS

Creating the axis that should be propablly fit for the production and it should be attaining all the direction should be vissible for the core and cavity

selecting the proper face for the tooling portion and preparing the point into the surface draw a dummy line from th point creat the intersection with line and and the product. so that we can attaining a line over the surface and selecting the two slanting surface from the product and creat the line separately from that two point method. After creating the lines creating the bisecting line from the two line. repeating the same for two sides from the same view we are getting two bisewcting line. From that two bisectring line create another bisecting line with that two line. and its going to be our tooling axis
