Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

Aim: To calculate the Wheel Arc area and prove whether the car will pass the Standards or Not by using Europian Stadards .

Examplanation : Wheel arc is designed as arch shaped which protect external dames like mud,rock ,dust and liqufied parts ect

the most fender are based on religion and environment condition like Japon,US and Europian are mostly used .

JAPAN region : These sigiment has above 5mm from three division A,B,C in front side of wheel to Fender .

U.S : these sigiment has 10 divisions from SD has 0 where -20 to 180 degree ,each division 5 mm from wheel to Fender .

Eeropean Religion :these sigiment has 5 divisions from l as length wheel 0 to verious divensions like SB,SA,SC,SD,SE each divisions are must have above 10mm from fender .

Calculation : To calculate given division

* Take SA center of these sigiment .from 50' to 30' taken has SB,SC from the center.where these direstion taken.

*here 150 mm taken horzontal planes lies from centre.

SA-SA=14.94mm(pass)

SD-SD=3.23mm(fail)

Only SB&SA has only above 10mm but other lies less than 10 mm so, it's would be re contract as European region

so, these given sigiment not contian European region standard.
