Fender
The fender prevents the mud, stone, and liquid to hit on the pedestrians(accidentally by rotating the tire ) which is the main purpose of the fender
while riding tire rotates at a certain RPM it may warry according to the country (majorly population and rules), tries thread(patterns) will cause the momentum to the stones, muds by through it in the air . The fender is used to prevent those and its requirement is based on those country's standards (speed). if speed allowed is more the other countries they should provide more clearences
