Fender Design

AIM :

To design the sill, bumfer, baffle, pillar mount, using the engineering standared

FENDER:

Which is used to covered the engine components and preventing from rust, rocks, mud etc.... it had 2 types of varient,

1. Half

2. full

It's mounted on the side upper of the enginr area. Totall it has some main areas

1. sill

2. bumfer

3. baffle

4. drip area

5. Pillar

1. SILL

This lower of the fender. This mounted on the base area.

2. BUMPER

3.BAFFLE

This places are jointed with plastic parts, it's should covered around the wheel area.

4. DRIP

In this purpose stromgly mounted on the hood engine area. it has a dart, it's strengthen to the fender. first half wiper motor space and second head lamp

first area should be distance 200mm and head lamp 150mm.

5.PILLAR

Mainly used tools

1. datum

2. project curve

3. offset

4. trim sheet

5. emboss

6. law extension

7. blend

Conclusion :

The final design created with all relavent areas.
