Design of backdoor

1. Used the provided styling surface to come up with a back door design

2. Used appropriate design methodologies.

3. Necessary reinforcements and embosses were provided.

4. All Part files and assembly file are provided as a zip file.

5. the design stated from the outer panel of the back.

6. model back door outer panel upper and lower were created first.

7. hinge reinforcement LH and RH were created next.

8. back door was made into assembly thereafter.

9. after the outer panel, the inner panel was completed.

10. law extension, through curves, through curve mesh, edge blend, face blend, studio surface, trim and extend sheet were a few commands used in the designing process. then the entire sheet was sewed.

11. to maintain continuity between surfaces, bridge curves command was used to draw curves and make a new surface altogether.

12. the parts were made in this order: sealing flange, reference geometry, tooling direction, working surface, connecting blends, windshield and mirror geometry.
