Creation of geometries by Coordinate system methods using AutoCad
Aim - i) Create the geometries from P1 to P2 using all the coordinates system methods.
ii) Civil Related Problems -
a) Draw the profile and the trusses using any coordinate system methods.
Introduction - i) In autocad there are two coordinate system i.e
a) Cartesian system
b) Polar system
ii) To these there are Absolute coordinate and Relative coordinate system
iii) There are three types of coordinate system -
a) Absolute Coordinate system -
b) Relative Coordinate system - i) Relative Rectangular Coordinate
ii) Relative Polar Coordinates
c) Direct Distance Entry -
iv) Commands used -
i) Line Command - L
ii) Cicrlce command - C
iii) Dimension Command - DIM
iv) Text command - T
Procedure -
1) Pb - 1 by Absolute Coordinate Coordinate System
i) Draw the line by using command L .
ii) Give the point ( 2,1) , will get first point
iii) Similarly by we can draw line by using other points .
iv) Measure the dimension and check the dimension as per given problem
v) Give the text as Pb 1 by Absolute Coordinate system -

i) Draw the line by using command L .
ii) Give the point ( 2,1) , will get first point
iii) For 2nd point used (@6 , 0) and similary for others points
iv) Measure the dimensionand check the dimensions as per given problem

iii) For 2nd point used pjut directly 6 to get line of 6 units and similary for others points
