Creating Bar Bending schedule, Different Door types, and Creation of standard drawing templates using AutoCad

1. AIM :
TO create template as shown in fig. Use text and attributes 

COMMANDS USED:
UNITS
LIMITS
LINE
RECTANGLE
TEXT
BLOCK
DIMLINEAR

PROCEDURE :
Create a rectangle, divide it with line for the text box into columns
Offset and make rows as shown in fig it makes table
By multiline text,type the text 
text height is taken as 2.5 and style- Times New Roman
Creating block:
Command: B
Block defination dialogue box appears
give name as Custom1_title block
select pick point
select a point in the table
select the object-select the whole table-ok
Block is created
Command: I 
Insert for inserting the created block

Draw another rectangle and divide it to the required rows and columns
Using multiline text insert the text 
create a small reactangle at right corner,create rows and columns
Creating block:
Command: B
Block defination dialogue box appears
give name as Custom2_title block
select pick point
select a point in the table
select the object-select the whole table-ok
Block is created

Insert for inserting the created block

2. AIM :
Creating doors for warehouse and placing it in blocks

Single gang switch :draw a circle and draw an inclined line vertical to circle,draw a horizontal line perpendicular to inclined line
Double gang switch :draw a circle and draw an inclined line vertical to circle,draw two horizontal lines perpendicular to inclined line
Triple gang switch :draw a circle and draw an inclined line vertical to circle,draw three horizontal lines perpendicular to inclined line
Single two-way switch :draw same as single gang switch

hatch the interal point select solid-colour black
hatch the circle
Double two-way switch :draw same as double gang switch

hatch the interal point select solid-colour black
hatch the circle
Triple two-way switch :draw same as triple gang switch

Switch cross:create a cicle and hatch it

draw an inclined verticle and perpendicular horizontal lines
Mirror the lines both directions
Switch serial :Copy the switch cross and delete hatch and bottom lines
Single socket :create a circle divide it into half,draw a line at top
Single socket for lamp :From single socket draw horizontal line perpendicular to vertical
Double socket :draw single socket ,copy it to create same and place it
Floor socket single:draw a rectangle surrounding single socket
Floor single socket for lamp: draw a rectangle scrateurrounding single socket for lamp
Floor socket double :create two single socket and place a rectangle surrounding it
Floor socket single telephone :draw a single socket, draw a triangle and place a rectangle surrounded by it
Floor socket single telephone :draw two single socket, draw a triangle and place a rectangle surrounded by it
Telephone socket :draw a triangle
Internet socket :insert text i in the triangle
TV socket :insert TV in the triangle
Weatherproof socket :insert text W in the triangle
Duct base section :draw a rectangle,draw a line at bottom and two lines at top:
Wall bracket :draw a rectangle,crate a circle join  rectangle and circle by lines and draw cross line inside the circle
Picture lamp :draw two rectangles connected by a line
Create them as block:
Command: B
Block defination dialogue box appears
give name as single gang switch
select pick point
select a point 
select the object-select the whole object-ok
Block is created
Similarly create block for each one of them
Draw a rectanglar table
insert the object and text by Insert option
insert the text and objects as shown in figure

4. AIM :
To draw the doors of residential project and create it as block

Draw offset 1.5'' for frame
Draw offset 1'' for shutter
Draw two rectangles perpendicular to each other and fillet the corners with radius 0.1'' and draw circle
By multiline text type D1
Create a block:

select a point

2)Draw a rectangle of size 3'4''x6'11'
Offset 1.5'' for frame
Draw offset 1'' for shutter
Draw a rectangle for pannel 1'11'' and 2'9.1''
Offset 1'' for two times
Draw a rectangle and Offset 0.3''
Command :CO
Copy the rectangles as per requirement
Draw second panel by rectangle and offset 1''
Draw another rectangle inside and offset 1''

3) Draw a rectangle of 2'9''x6'11''
Offset 1'' for thickness 
Offset 2'' for frame
Offset 1'' and 1.5'' as shutter thickness
Draw a rectangle at top for ventilation 1'3''x9.3''
Offset 1'' for thickness
Hatch inside the rectangle
Create lock by rectangle two of them perpendicular to each other and a circle

4)Draw a rectangle of size 3'9''x6'10''
Explode it and create an arc 
Offset  the arc and lines with 1.5'' and 1''

For lock draw a circle

Explode it 
Create an arc
Offset  the arc and lines with 1.5'' and 1''
Offset 8'' for creating rectangle panel
Offset  1'' for thickness 
Create rectangles inside the panel, draw as shown in fig.
For lock create a circle

 5. AIM :
To create bar bending schedule and insert it as block

PROCEDURE :

1)Draw a line of 750cm for straight bar
Create an arc for the bend
Create one side and mirror it on other side

2)Draw line of 300mm for staight bar 
Draw vertical line 41cm and extend a horizontal line and draw a line inclined at 45 degree from the base of vertical line up to horizontal line
Draw horizontal line of 139cm copy it on other side
Draw bend by arc and mirror the same on other side

3) Draw a line of 21cm
Draw vertical line 41cm and extend a horizontal line and draw a line inclined at 45 degree from the base of vertical line up to horizontal line
Draw horizontal line of 180cm copy it on other side
Draw bend by arc and mirror the same on other side

4) Draw a line of 750cm for straight bar
Draw an arc downwards 
Mirror it on other side

5)Draw a rectangle of 23cmand 43cm
Fillet the corner with fillet radius 5cm
Draw two line of 120cm
Creating each one of them as block 
Inserting blocks in the table
Create a table with rectangle and divide it into 6rows and 7 columns
Multiline text enter type,shape size,length,no,totaL length,unit weight,total weight and all other text
Command :I
Insert each of the block in respective columns
