Creating Architectural and Structural model with 3D rendering using REVIT

Selected the type of structure is office building

2.ans

My building is constructed in the commercial area, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
My building is constructed in the plain area(geographic)
Infront of my building there is a two-lane road with the width of 4.5m.
As per the NBC, the height limit will be given in NBC part V-1, (National building code).
The size of the rooms also given in the NBC part V-1.

AIM: Using the structural model, include the following components based on the type of structure selected
a. Foundation – Isolated / Wall/Matt Foundation
b. Columns
c. Beams Connected to Columns
d. Roof Framing/ Truss
e. Floor / Decks
f. Floor Openings for Elevators and Stairs

procedure:

STEP-1

select the structural template and draw the levels and grids

step-2

set the foundation level of footing and columns and beams connect from column to column

flooring selected the structural floor drawn the ground level and copy to first floor to fourth floor level

floor openings for elevators and stairs using the shaft to create the openings

4.ANS

AIM: Using the architectural model, include the following components based on the type of structure selected
a. Wall Layout with appropriate material and finishing
b. Exterior façade with fancy finish
c. Interior partition walls to size rooms
d. Components to add details to a room (Desk, Chair, Lighting, Plumbing fixtures)
e. Add components such as stairs Elevators
f. Have at-least one side of the building with curtain walls and glass panels
g. Include interior and exterior lighting fixtures
h. Place proper topographic components from outside

procedure:

select the file open the new architectural template

select the insert tab and Revit link add the structural template

select the copy monitor tool and copy the levels and grids elements

select the wall is structural wall and drawn place the windows and doors and glazed walls

AIM: Provide a set of drawings in an architectural and structural model to list the following details with categories and appropriate sheet templates included
a. Floor Plans with Annotations
b. Elevations
c. Sections

procedure: using the annotation tool bar given the dimension by using aligned and linear dimensions

AIM: Using the Rendering settings, Render images of the 3D model produced and include the rendered images to the drawing sheets
a. Rendering from interior rooms
b. Rendering from out showing topographic features
c. Rendering through structural framing

Set the camera view and save the with the name

and rendering the views with sun and artificial
