1. It is the process of company business to analyze the processes and performance metrics from other companies and standards.
2. In the automotive industry it is used for comparison of similar products, services and dimensions performance. Used to know
3. the availability of the feature and delivery based on customer review.
4. It can be operated in different factories and branches or same factory or branches or different competing organizations.

Benchmarking 1 is used for comparing the price, features and segments, whereas
Benchmarking 2 is used for comparing the features of individual components.

In the case of Mr. . D.S. Pughazhyendhii needs a car that can drive to his office where traffic and crowd is the major concern and
even needs a 5 seater as he drives to his hometown monthly with his family and by considering the budget in the range 8-10 lakhs.

From comparing above all cars we need to suggest the best car for Mr D.S. Pughozhyendhii with

I recommend Ford EcoSport because of its Good driving and safety beautiful design. Good mileage and
sporty look and good quality strong vehicle. The car is the best in the city drive also. I suggest
him because it is a diesel-powered vehicle.
The Ford EcoSport scored an overall rating of 4-star in the frontal crash tests and 5-star in the
side-impact crash tests. But the compact SUV scored only 3-star in the resistance to rollover test.
The 3-star rating is pretty low as most of the cars hardly get a rating of less than 4-star from
NHTSA.
