BENCHMARKING:
Benchmarking is the practice of comparing business processes and performance metrics to industry bests and best practices from other companies. Dimensions typically measured are quality time. Benchmarking is used to measure performance using a specific indicatior resulting in a metric of performance that is then compared to others
Also referred to as "best practice benchmarking" or "process benchmarking", this process is used in management in which organizations evaluate various aspects of their processes in relation to best-practice companies' processes, usually within a peer group defined for the purposes of comparison. This then allows organizations to develop plans on how to make improvements or adapt specific best practices, usually with the aim of increasing some aspect of performance. Benchmarking may be a one-off event, but is often treated as a continuous process in which organizations continually seek to improve their practices.

Recommendations:
I Recommend Kia Sonet HET 1.5 (Diesel) which is priced at INR 9.91 Lakhs is the best car for the Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii and his family. The Kia Sonet will provide a smooth city ride even in the congested traffic because of the advanced feature called Electronic Stability Control and Vehicle Stability Management to ensure excellent breaking performance maximized safety. Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii is fond of big cars so the Kia Sonet is a big and spacious car.
Kia Sonet gives the comprehensive safety by its structure uses high strength steel to reducing the impact in case of a crash and also has six airbags keep you and your family safe from any kind of uncertainty on the road. Kia Sonet has also constructed more safety gadgets like ABS, Rear parking sensors and emergency stop signal.
THE TIMES OF INDIA also published an article about Kia Sonet that “worth your wait, nightmare for rivals” and also “it is here to relay to the success of the brand kia once again it is a head turner with brilliant design, Kia Sonet has got a good build”.
The spacious interiors, legroom packed with 392 liters boot space will be beneficial for comfortable long rides without worrying much about the luggage. The car also gives a mileage of 24Kmpl which is the best among all the other cars falling in the price bracket and also in the safety.
