Benchmarking is the process of measuring the performance of the competitor's products and their services which is available in the market.By analysing the pros and cons of the existing products, we improve our product to satisfy the customer needs.

When we decide yo buy a car first question comes to our mind is whether we buy a petrol or diesel car?
