Objective:

• Part-1: Clean the geometry and mesh with proper quality criteria of geometry part-1.

• Part-2: Clean the geometry and mesh part-2 with proper quality criteria.
  • 
• Part-3: Clean the geometry and mesh part-3 model with quality criteria given in the question.

Procedure:

• Part-1

1. The first step is to open the model in the Hypermesh GUI.
   • 
2. The next step is to extract mid surface from the model.
   • 
3. The next step is to clean the geometry of the mid surface.
   • 
4. Then start meshing the mid surface.
   • 
5. Then create property and material and apply to the mesh body.
   • 
6. A detailed view of the final mesh body is given below.

1. The first step is to import the model into Hypermesh GUI.
   • 
2. Then the next step is to clean the geometry and extract the mid surface out of the model.
   • 
3. Then we start to mesh the mid surface and the mesh body is given below.
   • 
4. Then create property and material and apply it to the mesh body.
   • 
5. The detailed mesh body is given below.
