Title of the Project : Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_7_ Metal bracket-II

Objective : To Create ‘Metal Bracket’ from the 2d Drawing.

Design Methodology :

Create a skectch of over all geometry in XY Plane

Create a skectch on YZ plane for Contour Flange.

Create a contour using sketch created on YZ plane.

Create a normal cutout using skectch

Break corners with different fillets sizes as mentioned in the drawing.

Unbend the part

Create hole 

Create cutout on the part as described in the drawing.

Create Advanced flange on the cutout.

Create 2 holes on the bottom flange.

Rebend the part

Create Advanced flanged.

Provide gussets to strengthen the part.

Create Drawing.
