The objective of the metal bracket is having the using the different new commands

IiNTRODUCTION

IN this introduction the making of the metal bracket.first we need to flow the process that helps to making the metal bracket with the requied dimensions.we need to start form the skech part of the metal bracket in 2d in the yz plane. Than we are adding the dimensions which are given,agine we are drawing the 2d skech in the xz plane.after completeing the skech part we need to do the countor flange with the depth of 120mm,thickness of 3mm.in the xzpalne,now doing the normal cutout on the surface which we draw in yz plane by selecting the curves .repating the normal cutout for few times. after the normal cutout command we are using the command is breack corner this command is used to changning thr radius of the edges. this breack corner is also using few times. drawing the skech on the zx plane ,the skech is circle with thr 30 mm dia after the kech we are using the normal cutout in the surface of thr circle than the normal cutout is happing to the surface doing the unbend and rebend guring the normal cutout. making the holes on the surface during this we are doing the unbend to the surface and selecting the point on rhe surface were shoud to making the hole after fix the point click on ok than the holes are created on the surface and using tha advance flange with the length of 5mm and the new command will usied that is gusset with thevardius of 2.5 and width of 8mm.

normal cutout it is used to change the surface intorequied skech which is draw,by selecting the curve of the skech which is draw in 2d fig

breack corner it is uesd to cjhange the radiu by selecting the edges.

unbend it is for unbending the total surface

rebend it is for getting the skech before the unbend

advance flange it is advance flange than the flang tool by this we can creat the length

gusset it is for making the do not making the surface to un bend this command is used at the edges
