CREATING BRACKET FROM THE 2D DRAWING USING NX

Objective: Main objective of this project is to create bracket from the 2D drawing using NX.

Design Methodology:

COUNTER FLANGE: Creates a base feature by extruding a sketch along a vector, or adds material by sweeping a sketch along an edge or chain of edges.

NORMAL CUT:

Normal cut is another cool feature which helps to remove material from metal sheet.

BREAKING CORNER:

This feature used to round a sharp corner.

UNBEND:

This feature used to flatten the bend.

BEADS:

This feature used to lift a material along counter of sketch that simulates stamping a tool.

REBENDING:

Feature used to restore a bend.

HOLE:

Hole feature is used create hole.

FLAT PATTERN:

Creates flat pattern feature from the formed sheet metal part.

CONCLUSION:

Create "BRACKET" from the 2D drawing using NX.
