Title : Design of odd shaped encloser using sheet metal of NX cad
Objective : the main objective of this challenge is to design odd encloser by convert solid body into sheet metal and then design it as per the instructions
Design methodology
Discription
S-1 crete a solid body using extrude commond and then convert into sheet metal using sheetmetal from solid command.
S-2 unbend the whole sheet metal part and add flange on one side and jog on other side of the sheet metal.
S-3 then, make two linear bead of 5mm thick on upper most face and then unbend it.
S-4 finally add flat pattern commond to make the edge as flat.
