Title : Design of a sheet metal box assembly using Siemens NX application.

Objective :

• To design a box assembly using Siemens NX Cad application.

Procedure :

• Design of a sheet metal box assembly using Siemens NX application.
• Create a base of 1 mm thickness.
• Add flanges to it.
• Close the corners.
• Add flanges and give bend radius.
• Mirror the body.
• Unite the body.
• Add base support to the body then use the Dimple feature and mirror it.
• Add hum to the upper edges.
• Sketch the upper closure of the body and then apply a base of 2mm thickness to it.
• Add flanges.
• Then create the Hinges which will connect the body and the upper cover.
