I am keen to learn practical & hands-on experience. After joining any organization my approach will be to focus my efforts on learning the basics of the systems deployed and try to explore the purpose of the systems and how they are aligned. Once I understand the system fundamentals then I would start exploring what value addition I can do. Based on my skills, I will focus on adding value to the expected outputs, organization goals & vision.
