Wiring harness routing & packaging Rules Week 3 Challenge
1. Download following cad data & define it as Electrical support using Electrical Part design Workbench. Define all the necessary properties.
- Create the solid part using closed surface.
- Create entry point on one side using point definition: centre of circle
- Create plane tangent to surface on entry point.
- Create exit point on other side and coresponding plane.
- Create a base plane at the center of the base.
- Define the part as a Support. Select entry point, entry plane, exit plane and base plane.
- Select exit point, exit plane and base plane.
2. Download following Back shell cad data & define it as Electrical back shell using Electrical Part design Workbench. Define all the necessary properties.
- define axis system
- define point definition
- create point for back shell connection
- create point for bundle connection point
- define part as backshell
- create back shell connection
- create bundle connection point
3. Create Following Corrugated tubes & Add them in Catalogue under “Slit COT” family.
