Ans 1 :-

The Entry and Exit planes along with the base plane are made after getting a center point. they are defined later in the Electrical Part designing workbench as shown below in the image

For the back shell the center point was taken in between the two extreme points in the rectangle, then the circle on the other end and again the entry and exit was defined along with the axis at the connecting end.

Ans 2:-

The Catalogue under the family name "SLIT COT" is made with all the tubes with the required diameters.
