Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 7 Challenge

step :- 1 :frist we select the sketcher tool and draw the draw the sketch as menctioned above .

step :-2 : then we add the connectores as per the diagram.

before adding the connectores we define connector connection point and bundile connection point.

step:- 3: after that we go for routing process.

step :-4: we taking the sketch tool as refarance and complete the bundle routing.

the above process are done by part design assumbly design and electrical part design.

step :-5 now the remining work is done by using of electrical harness flattening.

step :-6: define the electrical flattenig paremeters after that remaing tools are activated.

step :7:then use extract command for file importing to the electrical flattening window.

step :8: using the flatten and rotate commandes we arrange the product as per the above refarance diagram.

step :9: finally the flattening 3D file converted into 2D Black and whihte sketch.
