Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 5 & 6 Challenge

First of all Downloaded and defined all the connector given in the challange and define geometrically and as electrical component to be use in harness design.

HARNESS A

After all the connectro are defined, switch to electric harness assembly where all the connector were routed using the multi branchable command as per layout given in the challange.

HARNESS B

The same way harness B is created as the Harness A

Then assembled both  the A and B harness is Electrical assemly design workbench.

cheked the harness for connectivity continuety.

 

Given annotation to all the connector and connector 1, connector 2 and so on..

Catpart and Igs file with all assembly file is attached as Zip file.
