Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Dear Team,

Download the parts:

I downloaded the required connectors from the TE website.

Define connectors:

I defined the connectors as electrical part by creating bundle connection point and connector connection point.

create the model geometry:

created the sketch for positioning the connectors. Using Manupulation option I placed the connectors in proper position. in mechanical part assembly workbench.

Electrical harness assembly:

In electrical harness assembly workbench ,I made branches of connection using multi branchable option and define the route direction . and connect the all connectors according to the given drawing.

Protecting Cover:

Protecting covers are added from the catalogue and proper end extremity distance is given.
