Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

AIM :-

Aim:

1) To Route the following harness layout in the Electrical workbench.

2) Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors.

Steps to be followed:

STEP 1. Download connector 3D data from www.te.com

STEP 2:-

CONNECTOR 1 - DT06-2S

CONNECTOR 2 - DT06-4S

CONNECTOR 3 - DT06-6S

CONNECTOR 4 - DT06-08SA

STEP 3:-

Arranging the Connectors by following the Layout

STEP 4 :-

Creating Multi-Branching to the connectors

STEP 5 :-

creating a protective covering with extremities of 30mm

STEP 6 :-

Assembly as per the given layout
