CONNECTOR:-

It is an electro-mechanical device used to join electrical terminations and create electric circuits. it consists of wedge locks,seals, cavity, mountings,housing,terminals etc.,

these are the plastic molded housing with locking and retention features.

CONNECTOR CLIP:-

These are the plastic molded parts with mounting features.these are used for harness clamping in every area of athe vehicle

CREATE /DOWNLOAD CONNECTOR 3D:-

By using the given link download the required connector or create the with the help of cad drawing

CREATE REQUIRED GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS :-

Create required axis and points on the connector to give further connection points

DEFINE PART AS A CONNECTOR :-

DEFINE BUNDLE CONNECTION POINT :-

DEFINE CONNECTOR CONNECTION POINT :-

DEFINE CAVITY CONNECTION POINT :-

Repeat the same procedure for the male connector and connection clip also.

After defining all the connection points assemble the parts in ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY DESIGN workbench by using CONNECT ELECTRICAL DEVICES command
