Windshield :

Windsheild is the glass that is present in the body of the car as a replacement for the metal parts as it can allow the driver to see throogh them. The windshield is normally made of glass material.

Most of the windshield has a small sheet in between them.

The reason is ,

when any small particles hit the windshield of the car when it is running at a high speed or if the car is under a worst case scenario of accident this sheet doesnt let the glass to get shattered into small peice but instead it holds them in its place with the help of the adhesive property enforced into the film inbetween.

The Austin Material is used for the sheet in between adnd the thicknesss of thhe sheets will be 2 surface of 2.25mm and a sheet of 0.2mm and the total thickness of the windsheild will be 4.7mm

The Gradient lines are present in the car's windsheild id to hide the rubber sealants that holds the windshield with the A-pillar and the Hood cowl.

The shape of the gradient lines are being made in the specific design as they hide the inside rear view mirror or the rear view mirror that is placed in the car for the drriver's additional view on what is happening on the road behind him.

While the production of the windshield, the common wastage of 25%.
