As per discussion in 1 to 1 session only plastic surface is thicken using closed body , other surface can be thicken up directly.

->Tooling axis creation:

Tooling axis is created with point on surface with either normal to surface or point and sirection method.Using both the above method the component is not getting clearing up , tehrefore we use bisecting line as main toooling axis.
