Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

First need to make Close body i.e., CLass A + Class B 

For CLASS A SURFACE Need to take Input SURFACE and Join it

After need to make Tooling Direction which can decide the core, cavity ejection

now you need to Offset the Class A surface to Bottom side with given thickness

For closing the surface need to sweep the boundary of ClASS A 

And TRIM it.

Create the solid Body In PART DESIGN

Now need to make Dog House By using given mastersections 

need to create a sketch with mastersection and Extrude with that and make Trims

And create the SIDE CORE AXIS and

Draft the Inner Sides with SIDE CORE AXIS with minimum 0.5degrees

Assemble with final BODY

FINAL ANALYSIS:

For Outer side of DOG HOUSE is clearing with 1.45degrees
