TOOLING AXIS CREATION:

Tooling axis is created in y-direction and is passing through centroid of extracted surface (light colored) of CLASS A surface.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

GREEN COLOR: shows ejectability of component without any deformation to its surface.

RED COLOR: shows ejectability of component with some deformation to its surface.

1. Input: CLASS A and TOOLING AXIS (Minimum draft Angle: 3 deg)

2. Input: DOOR TRIM BODY and TOOLING AXIS (Minimum draft Angle: 3 deg)

3. Input: DOOR TRIM BODY with HEAT STAKES and LOCATORS, and TOOLING AXIS (Minimum draft Angle: 0.5 deg)
