Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

TOOLING AXIS:

Tooling axis is created in direction normal to the number plate plane on front side of bumper passing through a distance of 125mm in Z-direction to its centroid.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

1. INPUT: CLASS A and TOOLING AXIS

The component is clearing core surface with angle greater than nominal draft angle of 3 deg.

2. INPUT: SOLID BODY and TOOLING AXIS

Solid body in draft direction is showing GREEN Color on each and every surface. Therefore it is completely safe to remove mold without any deformation or defects.
