Week 9 - Project 1 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

Aim:- To Create the Door Trim Lower Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

Tooling Axis:-

Here, the tooling axis is taken by extracting the inner surface the door trim, a point is taken on the extracted surface and the tooling axis is taken normal to the surface passing through that point.

Draft Analysis on Class A:-

Here, 3 Degree draft is taken for the initial class A and the output obtained shows safe ejection for the taken draft.

Draft Analysis on Final Plastic Part:-

Here, the Draft analysis is taken on the final part and a 2.9 degree draft is taken for the final ejection and the above outputs obtained.
