CLASS A draft analysis
. Done the draft analysis on given class A surface and found clear all the faces during molding. For the draft analysis first need to creat tooling axis so for that i chose one of the big flat surface from the midle of the part, and created a point on it and drawn a line in Y direction and checked with draft analysis and fixed the line as tooling axis.
The heat stakes and locators are desigend on the points given with class A. Done the draft analysis all the heat stakes and locators with the main tooling axis and clear all the faces by giving draft to the required faces. Also designed the Ribs and placed all the ribs on the points through the line by creating using paralel line tool.and also done the draft analysis on the ribs with main tooling axis and clear the draft analysis by giving proper draft angle to the ribs.

Dog house design
Dog will not going to make in the main tooling axis direction due to its design. So need to create separate tooling axis in Z diretion for the side core axis. For the side core axis drawn aline in Z direction on point were main tooling axis drawn. A nd done the draft analysis for the dog house and cleared.
Finaly all the engineering featurs like Locators,Heat stake, Ribs and Doghouse all are unitrimed withe the thick door trim which is created by created using B Surface trimed with the A-C surface.
