Week 9 Machining with Planer Challenge
Objective:
Toi find the Total deformation, stress and the temperature of the planer workpiece with the material of Steel1006 with the velocity of 20000mm/s for case 1 and 15000mm/s for case 2.

CASE 1: (20000mm/s Velocity)
TOTAL DEFORMATION:
Maximum Total Deformation is 50.8mm
STRESS:
Max Stress is 671Mpa
TEMPERATURE:
Max Temperature is 270 Degree celcius
CASE 2: (15000mm/s Velocity)
TOTAL DEFORMATION:
Maximum Total Deformation is 43.9mm
STRESS:
Max Stress is 675.8Mpa
TEMPERATURE:
Max Temperature is 226 degree celcius
CONCLUSION:
When comparing the two cases The deformation and Temperature is very high at 20000mm/s case and the stress is igh in 15000mm/s case2.
