Attach the various parts of the given model with given Connectors:-
1. Right_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Seam-Quad (angled+capped+L)
2. Left_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Quad elements
3. Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Right_Rail_1:- Spot weld with 3 Layers and 5 mm Diameter
4. Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Left_Rail_1:- Hexa (Adhesive)
5. Rear_truss_2 & Right_Rail_2:- Bolt Connector
6. Rear_truss_2 & Left_Rail_2:- Bolt Connector
7. Right_Rail_1 & Right_Rail_2:- Spot-weld with Rigid Elements
8. Left_Rail_1 & Left_Rail_2:- Spot-weld with Spring Elements
9. Rest all the component left Join them with suitable connectors
Procedure:-
1. Import the geometry.
2. Cleanup the geometry.
3. Do the Meshing with 5mm target element.

4. Check the quality parameters

5. Create the connectors
A. Seam Quad (angled+capped+L)
a. Click on 1D tab
b. Click on connectors.
c. Click on seam
d. select seam quad (angled+capped+L) as a type.
e. select node path on right rail and select both componenets.
f. Enter spacing value (Spacing = Distance between each weld location line).
g. Enter tolerance value (Tolerance = Define the distance from connector location).

Weld Angle: Define the distance between the normal projection and the quad direction. It is allowed to define weld angles between 0.0 and 90.0.
Cap Angle: It can Measured between the normals of the cap element and the second-to-last element of the seam or Measured between the edge normals of the cap element and the second-to-last element of the seam in the plane of the opposite link. Cap angles between 0.0 and 45.0 are desrible, but be aware that larger values can lead to bad elements. The recommended value is 10.0 or smaller. Cap angles between 45.0 and 90.0 are permitted, but be aware that smaller values lead to bad elements. The recommended value is 75.0 and higher.
Runoff Angle: It can be Measured between the normals of the last and the second-to-last last element of the seam and Measured between the edge normals of the last and the second-to-last element of the seam in the plane of the opposite link.
Here all connectors are listed below:-
1. Seam Quad (Angled+Capped+L)

2. Quad Elements

3. Spot Weld

4. Hexa (Adhesive)

5. Bolt Connector

6. Spot Weld (Rigid Element)

7. Spot Weld (Spring)
