Week 9-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Objective: Creation of 1D Connectors as per the given constraints.

2) GENERATING THE MESH ON THE COMPONENT:

3) Now moving to the connectors step by step:

a) Right_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Seam-Quad(angled+capped+L)

NOTE- SEAM -QUAD( Angled+capped+L)--------------> This function is not available. I tried switching the user profiles but no use.

b) Left_Rail_2 & Front_truss_1:- Quad elements

C)Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Right_Rail_1:- Spot weld with 2 Layers and 5 mm Diameter

D) Front_truss_2, Front_truss_1 & Left_Rail_1:- Hexa (Adhesive)

E)Rear_truss_2 & Right_Rail_2:- Bolt Connector

Doing the mesh cleanup again.

F) Rear_truss_2 & Left_Rail_2:- Bolt Connector

g) Right_Rail_1 & Right_Rail_2:- Spot-weld with Rigid Elements

H) Left_Rail_1 & Left_Rail_2:- Spot-weld with Spring Elements
