Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

BUMPER

The Main Aim is to create a 3mm thick model from the provided Class A surface

Initially tooling axis is created and draft analysis was done for the provided A surface

Tooling Axis :

A Surface Draft Analysis :

Offsetted the A surface to 3mm to create the B surface

The Proper changes were done on the offseted surface to complete the B surface

Class C surface was created from A Surface using Sweep command

Then required changes are done in the C surfaces to make proper intersection with B surface

Trimmed the A,C surface with B surface and formed combined A,B & C surface

Then in the Part design Closed part is given to form the final Output that is 3mm thick plastic part.

Then draft analysis is done for the final output.
