Week 9 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

TOOLING AXIS :

• Created a point on class A surface and created an axis system at that point
• Drawn a line in the position sketch along the point and another line is drawn along the point at an angle of 6deg from the edge obtained from intersection of A surface
• Created a bisecting line that bisects the lines drawned previously
• Make the bisecting line a doted line with a proper colour for easy recognition

Draft Analysis:

Draft analysis for the final part is done with the tooling axis with an angle of 2.9deg instead of 3deg since the C surface had some deviatons and the part is possible to manufacture since there are no sides which is intersectng the tooling direction.
