Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

Tooling Axis:

           Since the complex surface given, Used direct offset method. So no bisecting method needed to create tooling axis and the dummy axis created considering more suface visibility is considered as actual tooling axis.

Draft Analysis Report:

For Class A Surface -

           Created Dummy Tooling axis according to visibility of more surfaces. draft analysis result was ok. So decided the dummy axis to be actual or true tooling axis.

For Final trim -

           Draft analysis for final trim was done and found outer side of the final trim clearing draft analysis and inner surface not clearing. But since outer surface clearing draft analysis which is associated with class A surface, draft analysis for final trim is also clear and result is ok.
