Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper
- INTRODUCTION :- Creating an bumper surface using surface design drafting.
- TOOLING AXIS :- First creating an tooling axis on curve pointing method on desired part surface
- DRAFT PROVIDG :- Main aim of giving an draft is for taperd angles surface improving abd free part ejection.
- CLASS B SURFACE :- we used an simple offset method for creating class b surface and then by using multiextract and extraplating tools offset surface finishing given reqired mm.
- CLASS C SURFACE :- By using sweep tool all boundries extracted and trimed
- FINAL TRIM :- JOING OF CLASS A,B & C SURFACES WE GOT AN FINESHED SURFCE AFTER USING TRIM COMMOND THE FINALLY OUR BUMPER WITH 3MM IS OUT PUT.
