Week 9 Challenge :-

Objective:-

In this challenge we have to complete the sliders & inserts design for the CPU fan base model.

Methodology:-

• In this challenge we have drawn the required geometry for the slider & used the split command.
• Then we have modified the shape of the slider to get the desired shape as per the collar for washers & bolts.
• The sliders are created to compensate the undercuts in the design.
• Then to compensate the deep cuts at the walls of the design we have created the inserts.
• We have used the direct editing commands such as combine to add, substract of the geometries.
• We have also used the move copy commands with combine command to get the slider shape to the core & cavity block to remove the unwanted material.
• In this way we have completed the sliders & inserts design in the previous weeks design.
