Week 9-Challenge

OBJECTIVE: for a given frame we have to connect with the mentoined connectors.

PROCEDURE:

I.importing the component or model or flie to graphical area.

II.change to that topo mode for clear view.

III.meshing the given component with an element size 5.

IV.In the 2D pannel we have connectors ,in the Bolt or Spot or Seam pannels,In seam pannel At first we have select nodes by path or individual after selecting the nodes select components which area going to be connected,and set the tolerance value.after that which type of connections required selected the suitable connections, we required seam-quad angled+capped+L,and select create.it will display.same for all the connections made in the frame.

3.Spot weld with 3layers and 5mm dia.

4.Hexa adhesive.

5.Bolt connectors.

6.Bolt connectors.

7.spot weld with rigids elements.

8.spot weld with springs elements.

9.penta mig.

RESULTS:

We have connected the connectors that all are realized.
