Base Bracket Design

In this we have used its thickness value as 2.5 mm that is the distace between both the surfaces will be 2.5 mm.

Tooling Axis Creation: this is very much important in this works because it palys a huge role in acheiving the cuts and shapes in the machining processs.for this we would select the place to which the axix coud be located so that we would have acccess to all the crucial points,fillets,surfacces of the drawing and the the tooling axix is created(considerr we have taken a postion then we intersect the drawing and we have access to the skeletal drawing then from both ends we would fin the bisescting point and make that line as the tooling axis).

CLASS A SURFACE : These surafaces are very much smoth and does not show any imperfection as a reason they provide high quality refections and visually looks good.these are used fro acheiving highest order of finishes on the exterior of the automobile vechiles.

DRAFT ANALYSIS

In this we intially pan the direction set on to the surafe of the tooling axix and we lock it and after that we cross check withthe analysis tool wheather the desired desired value is passed on to the each positon.
